2008 Forest Hills Country Club Spring Membership Drive

The initiation fee for all new memberships will be waived until in conjunction with
a one- year commitment to membership at Forest Hills.

Monthly Fees

For new members under 40:

Social Membership (Single) - $100.00/ (Family) - $115.00

Total Membership (Single) - $125.00/ (Family) - $165.00

Non-Resident (Single) - $110.00/ (Family) - $135.00

For new members 40 and older:

Social Membership (Single) - $151.00/ (Family) - $180.00

Total Membership (Single) - $160.00 /(Family) - $234.00

Non-Resident (Single) - $150.00/ (Family) - $200.00

Social membership includes unlimited pool and tennis privileges.
Total Resident and Non-Resident memberships include unlimited golf, tennis and pool privileges.
Pool newly renovated this spring!

These rates are good for one year and subject to change thereafter. These rates actually
reflect both dues and building assessments combined.

Note: Food and beverage minimums are not included in these prices.

All applications and fees are on our web site – www.fhcclub.com. Applications may be downloaded, completed, and returned to the club office. Membership applications may also be picked up at the office, faxed
or mailed upon request. Interested parties may also
check the web site for golf and tennis information, menus,
calendar, coming events, etc.
